Use of images

Stock art, clip art, and photographs

Any digital images, stock photographs, clip art, or other artistic work (collectively "images") delivered with any FullForce product may be used in accordance with the rights set out in the End-User License Agreement that ships with that FullForce product. If your intended use falls within the terms of the End-User License Agreement or other product documentation, further written permission is not required.

Please note that images contained on FullForce product boxes may not be used except as provided in the guidelines for box shots.

Any use of images delivered with a FullForce product and not provided for in the End-User License Agreement, requires written permission from FullForce. In some instances, images included in the FullForce products may be owned by a third party and licensed under terms different than those contained in the FullForce Terms if Use Agreement. Under these circumstances, the Terms of Use for third-party images are stated in ReadMe or text files associated with that image. If you are seeking to use third-party images or content outside the scope permitted in the terms of the ReadMe or text files, please contact the copyright owner directly for permission. It is unlikely that FullForce will be able to grant permission beyond that contained in the End-User License Agreement due to contractual restrictions, third-party rights, and other intellectual property restraints.

Under no circumstances will FullForce license the reproduction, distribution, or modification of any third-party images displayed on FullForceApps.com.

Box shots

FullForce product box shots are complete images of FullForce product boxes. You may not use FullForce box shots on third-party software packaging, but you may use box shots without FullForce's written permission in advertising, on documentation (including educational brochures), in tutorial books, in videotapes or on websites, provided you adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to FullForce, any of its products, or any other person or entity.
  2. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply FullForce sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
  3. You may not use the box shot in a comparative advertisement.
  4. You may not use any of FullForce's box shots as a link to your website.
  5. You may not alter the box shot in any way except to resize the entire box shot. Your use must contain the entire box shot. Any images contained within the box shot (i.e., the Body Composition Calculator characters and calculator or the FullForce logo) cannot be used independently of the entire box shot.
  6. The box shot is not the most prominent visual element on the material where the box shot is displayed. Your company name and logo, your product, and/or your graphics should be significantly larger than the box shot.
  7. You must include the following copyright attribution statement: "FullForce product box shot(s) reprinted with permission from FullForce Applications."
  8. If your use includes references to a FullForce product, the full name of the product must be referenced at the first and most prominent mention (FullForce Applications™ Body Composition Calculator™). When referencing any FullForce trademarks, please mark with a ™ or ®.
  9. If your use includes references to any FullForce trademarks, you should include the following trademark attribution statement: "[List of marks used, with "FullForce" first, if used, followed by other FullForce marks used, in alphabetical order] are either registered trademarks or trademarks of FullForce Applications in the United States and/or other countries."

If your use meets the above criteria, no further written permission is required. All other uses require written permission from FullForce, including use of box shots in or on a television program, movie, or commercial. If written permission is required, please write an e-mail and send it to /*'+encryptedemail_id75+'') /*]]>*/ support@fullforceapps.com. Please allow two weeks for your request to be processed.

Screen shots

You may use screen shots in advertising, on documentation (including educational brochures), in tutorial books, in videotapes, or on websites, provided you adhere to the following guidelines:

 

  1. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to FullForce, any of its products, or any other person or entity.
  2. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply FullForce sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
  3. You may not use the screen shot in a comparative advertisement.
  4. You may not alter the screen shot in any way except to resize the screen shot. Your use must contain the entire screen shot. You may not use portions of the screen shots and no portions of a screen shot may be included in your product user interface.
  5. You may not use screen shots from FullForce beta products or other products that have not been commercially released by FullForce.
  6. You may not use screen shots that contain third-party content.
  7. You must include the following copyright attribution statement: "FullForce product screen shot(s) reprinted with permission from FullForce Applications."
  8. If your use includes references to an FullForce product, the full name of the product must be referenced at the first and most prominent mention (FullForce Applications™ Body Composition Calculator™). When referencing any FullForce trademarks, please mark with a ™ or ®.
  9. If your use includes references to any FullForce trademarks, you should include the following trademark attribution statement: "[List of marks used, with "FullForce" first, if used, followed by other FullForce marks used, in alphabetical order] are either registered trademarks or trademarks of FullForce Applications in the United States and/or other countries."
  10. Screen shots must be reproduced in their entirety. Permission may be given in certain limited circumstances, however, to use specific portions of a screen shot.

If your use meets the above criteria, no further written permission is required. All other uses require written permission from FullForce, including use of screen shots in or on a television program, movie, or commercial. Please note that FullForce cannot give permission for use of any third-party content (artwork) that may be contained within a FullForce screen shot. To determine whether an image contained within a FullForce screen shot belongs to a third party, please refer to the guidelines on stock art, clip art, and photographs.

Use of FullForce product user guides

FullForce does not object to your use of FullForce product user guides for educational purposes, provided the following guidelines are adhered to:

  1. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to FullForce, any of its products, or any other person or entity.
  2. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply FullForce sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
  3. You reproduce no more than two chapters of the product user guide, and such chapters may only be distributed to your students for educational purposes. The copyright page of the product user guide must accompany such documents.
  4. You may not alter the FullForce product user guide or any material contained therein in any way.
  5. You must include the following copyright attribution statement: "© (Copyright symbol) (year) with express permission from FullForce Applications" in a conspicuous location with the materials.

If your use meets the above criteria, no further written permission is required.
